Assistance in preparing simple probate forms to apply for a Grant of Probate or Grant of Administration in BC, including but not limited to the preparation of the following forms:

P1 Notice of proposed application in relation to estate,
P2 Submission for estate grant,
P3 Affidavit of applicant for grant of probate with will annexed (short form),
P9 Affidavit of Delivery
P10 Affidavit of Assets and Liabilities for Domiciled Estate Grant
P19 Estate Grant

Other possible forms that may be required:

P4 Affidavit of applicant for grant of probate with will annexed (long form)
P8 Affidavit in Support of Application for Estate Grant
P17 Notice of Renunciation
P18 Authorization to Obtain Estate Information

Once the forms have been prepared, ProMates will provide them to the Client either printed or in an un-editable PDF format.

Provision of clear, concise information regarding the court process for obtaining a Grant of Probate or Grant of Administration, including timelines for notice to beneficiaries and submission of court documents, requirements for information included in forms, documents that may be involved in the application, and next steps in the court application process.

Referral to qualified legal professionals or other resources if legal advice or representation is required.

ProMates’ fee for probate form assistance is a flat rate of $500 plus applicable taxes.

A deposit of 50% is required before services commence.

Any services outside the completion of basic probate or grant of administration forms will be billed at an hourly rate, on approval and discussion with the client.
