
Nicky brings over two decades of experience working within the justice system, supporting individuals through complex, emotionally challenging legal processes. With a strong background in court procedures, legal forms, and client interviewing, Nicky is dedicated to helping people navigate paperwork accurately, respectfully, and with confidence.
In addition to her work within the justice system, Nicky holds a Bachelor of Arts in Justice Studies and has extensive experience collaborating with courts, lawyers, victim services, and community agencies. Her earlier career with police services in the UK further strengthened her skills in interviewing, document preparation, and working with sensitive information.
During her free time, Nicky volunteers for Locate International, an organization that searches for missing people, and enjoys taking wildlife photography and sketching.

Sandy brings over two decades of experience in the legal field, with a professional background that includes roles within both law firms and the court registry. She has prepared court documents in all levels of BC courts (Provincial Court, Supreme Court, Court of Appeal), Alberta Court of King's Bench, Federal Court of Canada, and Supreme Court of Canada.
Sandy has a Bachelor of Arts in Justice Studies from Royal Roads University and has studied business administration and human resources through community colleges. She has completed specialized training in processing probate and grant of administration applications and actually enjoys staying up to date with court requirements and procedural changes.
Outside of work, Sandy enjoys spending time with her partner, playing with landscaping and gardening projects, and finding the best box for their kitties to sleep in.
